Bad NEWS should always be posted on a back page, if at all. But, the Rocky road to SUCCESS is both a important statement of TRUTH and WONDERFUL news, if viewed correctly. So I, Terry W. Coss, have decided to post the history of THE COSS GROUP on the front page. So with a "smile" here is the good and, at times, sad History of this group.

I have, personally, been involved with maybe a few thousand different Companies over the last 62 years as both a customer and consumer. And, for many, I also became an agent, as I have recommended more than a few of these Products/Programs/Services to others and so have you. This may have been no more then telling someone about a good place to eat or a great movie I had seen. Well, with some of these companies, you may or can be rewarded for doing the same thing it is called "word of mouth" advertising. This is also called, by some people, by many different names and some words used to define this form of marketing can scare you into signing off this page fast. I like and use the term "Referral Marketing" as that is what it is.

I am still scared to talk to people and have been told not to ever try to sell anything. But with the support and training YOU will find in The Coss Group I was and am still making REAL Money every month. Terry is TOPS in my book! And NO ONE is ever left behind, Come SEE for yourself.

 REFERRAL MARKETING
That is how The Coss Group began. I referred the main url to 4,327 people that had JOINED 1st. level under me in some project or another on the internet. I was not impressed to learn that, at the end of that 10 day effort, I had 1 spam complaint that closed that email account and locked up a domain for two years and a grand total of 32 members. OUCH!  But that was the sad truth and did not speak well for my personal value to those nice folks. To stop right there and quit was the easy way out. But, quiting is also the fastest way to fail at anything. So, I said to myself, "you have built big down-lines up to nearly 10,000 in the past, go do it again!", and with the help of those 32 members we DID build it up to over 800 active members. Keep in mind we had NO PRODUCTS of any kind for about the first 6 months. And, that means no income for the members or the company. Our sign-up rate was not the best in those days. But it was growing even then.

As Products and Services were added, programming costs went through the roof. But, sales started to come in, and soon, we did have the program at a slight profit with one exception. That was the repairing of the systems by programmers. More Products/Services was added without proper testing and the errors got even worse. Fixing these problems went up to a thousand per month plus, then even higher. We were shocked to find that the cause was coming from both bad software and from the programmer breaking things so he could get paid over and over to fix them. Both his patch work and his personal programming was tearing the system apart to its very core.

I could no longer see anything that was real and many earnings, that were not earned, were showing up all through the system and data base. And emails were on automatic, being sent out of untrue earnings to the membership. Earnings that were not real continued happening many times over. Other programmers were hired and failed to even slow down these errors. When I last backed-up the system it was in a complete melt down. I closed the doors in despair and total confusion. This was also done at the advice of many high level Group members. (But I do not give up or fail at anything without a fight.) Four more times we have tried to re-build those old records and data bases, all without any success.

I got to watch on the Local level the great efforts and at times skills that was and is being put forth. And am both an old and PROUD new Member this is a great event. Welcome to The Coss Group.

I have NOW bought NEW software and it, too, had a few bugs that I needed to fix. But I am excited, refreshed, and willing to allow the re-birth of this Group for the same reasons as before. We all NEED, DESERVE and have the RIGHT to be SUCCESSFUL for our efforts. And 95% of whats available on the internet today is, at best, junk or another rip-off about to happen.
